What is Gods purpose for me? the purpose of all this is to make His presence and his mercy His refuge. David its not so much something we do for him as it is for us to learn how to depend on him. what we become in him is more important than ever what we did why did you choose me as your servant God? is there something you needed me to do? God answers us in Psalms: I chose you that you may know me and understand that I am He. We are not chosen for Him sometimes He allows Satan to attack our places of refuge so that He can teach us that they are not permanent and they will not last. He will put you in the wilderness in order to put your identity and your security in Him. He will drive you from the places of comfort drive you from your home even though you are innocent so you can find that the only real security, identity in him, drive you from the things you really can depend on Him. But we have faith in his goodness and mercy. My refuge is my own abilities, My refuge is where i learn to escape to reveal your inabilities because he wants his mercy to be HIM! God has a purpsoe for you and its not abotu you its what he is doing in you. he is more interested in your character not your comfort. God will fullfill his purpose for me- to bring and a full end. he will not forsake the work of his hands. he will not finish what he started. Amazing Grace. all of pauls teaching commands always flowout of gospel of declarations. indicativewhat god tells us about gospel then we will look at the imperative. what is commanded from that? our hearts became dead we disobeyed things . we were slaves to our passions. absents of purpose and identity in Christ that creates a craving that enslaves us . sin has killed us . spiritual death, we are dead in our sins BUT the beauty of the gospel. we were hated but we will never wonder at the beauty of the gospel until we feel our depravity. we will never weap for joy if we skip over this you will never appreciate the gospel until you see your sin. God says its not my works its His Mercy! the regeneration God will give to the new Heavens and the new Earth. God puts that Power in you when you trust in Christ. Do not underestimate the power of the new birth and what it can do in you. there is no sin, stain, addiction, hopeless situation that can not be made new. it takes the addicted and makes them self controlled. he takes a cowardly and make them brave. those who are abusive and makes them generousity. the resurrection is what takes the power away from sin. renewal. retrained for righteousness. maturity or strengthening. new life. God poured out that richly, so that we would be justified by Grace. all that is beautiful in christ is mine because i have the son! Ichristian converstion is different than moral reformation sin didnt put me on christ jv team it killed me what i do is patiently giving them the word of God. the gospel is the infusion of life that restores sanity gentle humble regard for all. deeply compassionate to these lost souls. giving away moeny and time eagar for good works. because its just in our nature. to treat others as those. what authenticates our faith .
