Affirmation of Identity

 So I’m trying to start the day for the girls this year remembering who we are- as a family and individuals. It’s going to take some tweaking and I added things on the end for just me.

 so along with some prayer and scripture- i wanted to read this to remind them who they are being “sent” into the world to be

I am a woman of God. 

I am strong and courageous- and careful to do all that is written in His Word.

I care for His temple- nourishing my temple with foods that bring life.

I move my body and learn to enjoy doing hard things well. 

(Developing a healthy relationship to pain)

I will Meditate on the word day and night

I treat my parents with honor

I treat everyone with respect-look them in the eye (and “see” them.)

For me:

I will love radically

I will carry myself with joy and with the relaxed posture of Jesus. (Even His body showed He trusted in His Father). 

I partner with Him to lead my household 

I will open my home to others weekly.

I am sober and living life in freedom clarity and truth.
